Job Description

US IT Accounts Manager Night Shift (Onsite, Hyderabad)

US IT Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end US payroll
for W2, 1099, C2C consultants.
Handle
QuickBooks
entries, AP/AR, expense management, and financial reconciliation.
Process
Paychex / Paychecks / ADP / Gusto
payroll systems.
Timesheet tracking, validation, bill rate vs pay rate verification.
Prepare client
invoices
, send billing, track payments & follow up on collections.
Perform
bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, vendor payouts
.
Maintain COIs, consultant onboarding documents, payroll records.
Work with US onshore teams for billing, payroll, and compliance.
Prepare monthly reports, P&L inputs, and assist in month-end closing.
Address consultant payroll queries and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

5–10+ years in
US accounting & US payroll
(mandatory).
Strong experience with
QuickBooks Online / Desktop
.
Hands-on with
Paychex / Paychecks / ADP / Gusto
.
Knowledge of
W2 / 1099 / C2C
payroll structures.
Excellent Excel skills, documentation accuracy, and reconciliation experience.
Strong communication skills; ability to work night shift.
