Senior Executive Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

1) Responsible for General Accounting on day to day basic.

2) Ensure all revenue bills are accounted for timely and keep a track of all unbilled revenue, receiving of payments against invoices and ageing of debtors.

3) Coordination with various parent bank departments for billing & payments, submission of consolidated financials, related party transactions etc.

4) Responsible for providing required details or MIS to respective authority.

5) Responsible for the Vendor payment on timely basic.

6) Should have good interpersonal skill.

7) Reconciliation of Report as per Statutory requirement and as per

Business requirement.

8) Preparation of financial MIS on monthly, quarterly, Yearly or as per business requirement.

9) Having expert knowledge in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP)- & Responsible for E-Invoicing.

Preferred candidate profile

1 Maintain day to day general accounting.

2 TDS Calculation and preparation of TDS Return

3. Reconciliation of GST 2A V/s Books of account.

4. Handling accounts payable and receivable with aging report.

5. Co-ordination with team & follow up with them for completion of timely work.

6 Responsible for vendor payment along with validation of appropriate document and employees reimbursement on timely basic

7 Preparation of Financial MIS on Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Basic.

8 General financial fulfilment of statutory requirement (PF, PT, ESIC Income Tax Etc.)

9 Having expert knowledge in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).

10 Skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize key deliverables and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
