Key Responsibilities:Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable Laws. Maintain statutory records and registers, including maintenance of Minutes of meetings of Board and members. Ensure timely filing of Returns with ROC (Registrar of Companies) and other Statutory Bodies. Ensure timely compliance with FSSAI, NABL, ICMR, and other healthcare industry regulations.Corporate Governance & Secretarial Duties: Prepare and circulate Notice (s), agenda and resolutions for meetings of Board , Meetings of Committee . Organize and conduct meetings of the Board and Committees and meetings of members. Support the Board in decision-making by providing strategic legal insights.Secretarial & Documentation Management:Draft and review agreements, MOUs, contracts and compliance reports.Handle legal documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.Financial: Coordinate with auditors for financial reporting and filings. Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.Coordinate with other departments for obtaining information and documents for submission to the Board.

As a seasoned sales leader, you will drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and build a high-performing sales team. Your expertise in B2B sales, pathology diagnostics, and genomics will be instrumental in scaling our business. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Receivables Management: Ensure seamless sales transactions, robust follow-up mechanisms, and timely collection of receivables.2. Market Expansion & Business Growth: Develop and execute a national sales strategy to expand our market share in pathology diagnostics.3. Leadership & Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor sales teams to penetrate new markets and optimize existing territories.4. Driving Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Focus on B2B partnerships, forge strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers, and optimize pricing strategies.5. Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)- 15-20 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in pathology diagnostics- Strong experience in B2B sales within the diagnostic sector, preferably with hospital, lab, and corporate tie-ups- Must have experience managing sales operations across at least 7+ states- Exposure to genomics and advanced diagnostics is an added advantage- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and revenue forecasting- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
