Job Description

Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive Quality Assurance (Diagnostics)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA processes as per
NABL 15189
and internal quality standards.
Conduct routine internal audits for all diagnostic departments (Pathology, Radiology, etc.).
Review and maintain all quality-related documentation, including SOPs, QC logs, and audit records.
Identify process deviations, raise non-conformity (NC) reports, and ensure closure through CAPA.
Coordinate with lab teams for calibration, equipment validation, and compliance tracking.
Support training of lab staff on QA protocols, safety guidelines, and SOP adherence.
Prepare quality performance reports and present improvements to management.
Assist in maintaining readiness for external audits, accreditation renewals, and regulatory inspections.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s in
B.Sc / M.Sc
, or equivalent.
3–6 years of QA experience
in a diagnostics laboratory or healthcare organization.
Strong understanding of
NABL/ISO 15189
, laboratory quality systems, and documentation control.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and audit skills.
