Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Data Analysis & Process Improvement:

    • Analyze call center data and performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Implement process enhancements and best practices to improve efficiency and customer experience.
    • Prepare and present regular performance and productivity reports to senior management.
