Job Summary:


Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and day-to-day support to employees

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for end-to-end recruitment for Junior, mid-level and critical positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and closures.
  • Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment reports.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits.
  • Conduct new-hire induction and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Coordinate background verification.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee queries and resolve grievances.

5. Reporting

  • Prepare MIS reports: hiring status, attendance, attrition, manpower, etc.
