  • Lead the

  • Proactively market bench consultants to

    direct clients, tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners

    to secure project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    vendors, clients, and account managers

  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts effectively with vendors and clients.
  • Track consultant availability and project end dates to ensure

    continuous placement

  • Coordinate with consultants regarding project interviews, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update a

  • Drive team performance by setting targets and monitoring daily/weekly sales activity.
