Role Overview:

Lead US Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of bench sales recruiters to achieve placement and revenue targets.
  
• Market and place consultants through direct clients, implementation partners, and preferred vendors.
  
• Build and maintain vendor/client relationships to ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
  
• Train, guide, and evaluate team members on sourcing, communication, and negotiation strategies.
  
• Handle rate negotiations, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
  
• Monitor daily and weekly performance, providing structured feedback and motivation.
  
• Ensure full compliance with US staffing regulations and visa requirements.
  
• Generate performance reports and share updates with management on team productivity.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in

  US Bench Sales Recruitment

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  all visa categories

  (OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, USC).
• Experience mentoring or training junior recruiters.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Proficiency with job portals:

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
