Identify client requirements for available IT resources.
Hands-on experience in Bench Sales all type visa's OPT,CPT
Proficient in sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google & Free Job Sites.
Skilled in active & passive candidate sourcing.
Manage the complete bench sales cycle—from marketing candidates to closing deals.
Arrange interviews with Tier 1 vendors / end clients and follow up until closure.
Good experience working on BA, DA, QA roles.
