Role Overview:

Bench Sales Specialist

join our team. This role involves working closely with consultants who are

currently on the bench (available for new projects) and marketing their skills

to vendors, clients, and implementation partners. The primary goal is to secure

projects for bench consultants and ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Bench Consultants:

  Track and manage consultants' availability and

readiness for new assignments.

• Market Bench Resources:

  Prepare and format resumes, portfolios, and profiles

to market consultants effectively.

• Client & Vendor Interaction:

  Build strong relationships with clients,

vendors, and implementation partners to understand their requirements and

promote suitable consultants.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  Handle rate discussions and contract negotiations

between clients and consultants.

• Placement & Follow-up:

  Coordinate interviews, finalize placements, and

maintain regular follow-ups with both consultants and clients for smooth

onboarding.

• Progress Tracking:

  Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and

placements for reporting and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in

  Bench Sales

• Strong understanding of

  IT consulting, staffing processes, and job roles

  .
• Proficiency in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and other visa holders.
• Good

  sales and negotiation skills

  to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple consultants and job opportunities.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (especially MS Word)

  for resume preparation and

formatting.

Work Model:

• Initial 3–4 months:

  Fully Remote

• Post 3–4 months:

  On-site at our Indore office
