Job Description

HR Manager US IT Staffing (Night Shift | Onsite Hyderabad)

Experience:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Internal hiring for
US Recruiters, Bench Sales, Account Managers
, and support roles.
Manage onboarding for India staff and support onboarding for
US staffing consultants
.
Handle
COIs (Certificates of Insurance)
and ensure compliance with client and vendor requirements.
Oversee HR operations: documentation, HRMS updates, background checks, and policy orientation.
Resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and drive engagement & retention initiatives.
Monitor
attendance, shift adherence (EST/PST/CST)
, and leave management.
Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and validate recruiter commissions.
Track recruiter KPIs, conduct appraisals, and support performance improvement plans.
Work closely with
US onshore leadership
for HR reporting and operational alignment.
Ensure workplace safety, night-shift compliance, and employee well-being.

Requirements

510 years of HR experience in US IT Staffing (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
US staffing onboarding, compliance, and COI processes
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
Experience handling
night-shift teams
and understanding recruiter performance metrics.
Good understanding of
labor laws, HR documentation, and HR operations
.
