manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles. You’ll source, screen, and secure top talent, focusing on building a strong pipeline for positions like instructional designers, curriculum developers, sales, marketing, and technical experts.

● Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for EdTech/E-learning roles.

● Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates.

● Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements and team needs.

● Market Insights: Stay updated on US hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.

● ATS Management: Use ATS platforms efficiently for tracking recruitment progress.
