Job Description - SDR Executive About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales, with the potential for advancement within the company. Your Mission: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events. Outreach: Contact prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and qualify their needs. Qualification: Determine if prospects are a good fit for our offerings by asking targeted questions and understanding their business challenges. Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to further pursue sales opportunities. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Pipeline Development: Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies. What You'll Bring to the Table: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects. Highly motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. A positive attitude and a passion for learning.
