About the Role:

Senior US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  full recruitment life cycle

  : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates for US clients.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche skills and critical positions in

  IT technologies

  .
• Work extensively with

  Direct Clients, MSPs, and Implementation Partners

  for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent requirements.
• Source candidates through

  job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), Boolean search, and headhunting

  .
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring priorities and deliverables.
  
• Stay updated on emerging

  IT technologies, recruitment tools, and hiring trends

  in the US staffing industry.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 7+ years of proven experience

  in US IT Recruitment (night shift mandatory).
• Strong understanding of

  US hiring practices

  , tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Expertise in

  sourcing and closing candidates

  for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .
• Familiarity with

  ATS systems and recruitment CRM tools

  .
• High energy and commitment to work US EST/CST time zones.
  

Education:

• Bachelors Degree (preferred, but not mandatory with proven track record).
