Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for a wide range of technical roles, including Technical Architects, Senior Software engineers, Product owners , UI/UX Designers and other tech-focused positions. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
