We are looking for a dynamic and smart HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role supporting our IT, Consulting, and Staffing verticals. THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFT 5 DAYS FROM OFFICE. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals Manage end-to-end performance management processes Support talent management and organizational development initiatives Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance Contribute to the development and execution of HR programs that drive employee engagement and retention Ideal Candidate Profile: A minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience Experience working in IT services, consulting, or staffing industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, high-energy individual with a collaborative approach Proven track record in performance management and business partnering Ability to work independently during night shifts (PST/CST) Commercially smart with a strategic mindset
