US IT Recruiter
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for US-based clients, with a strong grasp of technical roles and the end-to-end recruitment cycle in the IT industry. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with preference given to candidates located near Delhi/Gurgaon for occasional in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment across various roles (Developers, Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
· Source candidates via job boards Monster, Naukri, Dice, LinkedIn, and internal databases
· Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements and technical fit
· Coordinate interviews with candidates and client hiring teams
· Build strong pipelines for recurring roles and manage relationships with consultants
· Track and manage candidate records and recruitment workflow in ATS
· Ensure timely closures and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring cycle
Desired Candidate Profile:
· 1-4years of experience in US IT recruitment
· Familiar with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations, and compliance
· Strong knowledge of technical skills and sourcing strategies
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently in a high-paced, target-driven environment
· Candidates located in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida) preferred
· Must be open to working night shifts (US Eastern/Pacific hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
