DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale secure, high-performance infrastructure for our fast-growing platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring system reliability, deploying scalable solutions, and enforcing compliance in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, secure, and reliable deployments
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure, including load balancing, auto-scaling, and cost optimization
• Setup and manage container orchestration systems like Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement CDN configurations, SSL certificates, and end-to-end monitoring/logging systems
• Enforce data security policies and ensure compliance with GDPR, Indian IT regulations, and other applicable standards
• Handle infrastructure incidents and performance tuning for uptime and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support release cycles and infrastructure needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Experience in deploying applications in scalable or regulated environments
• Knowledge of security practices and compliance frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with zero-downtime deployments and blue-green or canary rollouts
• Exposure to incident response, disaster recovery, and cost-optimized cloud architecture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
