US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an US IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers
• Submit quality profiles within tight timelines
• Maintain ATS and recruitment reports
• Stay updated on US hiring trends and technologies

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in US IT staffing
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Tier-1 vendors
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
