AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production environments.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement algorithms for prediction, classification, recommendation, or automation use cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into workflows.
• Optimize model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in applying machine learning and AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of data processing (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Experience working with APIs, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), or deployment workflows.
• Solid problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series modeling.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• GitHub/portfolio showcasing previous AI/ML projects.
