AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, small language models, AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying AI solutions, particularly in agentic AI tools such as Make.com, n8n, and other automation platforms. You will play a key role in building intelligent, scalable, and efficient AI-driven applications, integrating advanced AI models into real-world business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, small language models, and AI agents for automation and chat-based applications.
• Develop and implement autonomous AI agents capable of handling real-time decision-making and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI solutions into products, leveraging tools like Make.com, n8n, and similar automation frameworks for seamless workflows.
• Optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and real-world application in production environments.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and small language models tailored for specific business needs.
• Implement AI-powered automation for customer support, process optimization, and intelligent decision-making.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations.
• Ensure high-performance AI models by implementing best practices in data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends and evaluating their potential impact on business strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and automation workflows.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation tools.Technical Expertise:
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, model compression, and small language models for efficiency.
• Familiarity with Make.com, n8n, LangChain, AutoGPT, or other agentic AI tools for automation.
• Strong understanding of NLP, conversational AI, and chatbot development.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI model deployment.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI models into business workflows to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Familiarity with API development and integrations to connect AI services with other systems.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model optimization techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
