US IT Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter (Fresher)
Location: Marthandam ("Work from office")
Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift)
(Typically 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST or based on EST/PST time zones)
Experience: 0 - 2 years

Mandatory: Laptop Must.

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as US IT Technical Recruiters. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical positions with our US-based clients. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in US staffing and recruitment, with ample training and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements provided by US clients or account managers.
• Source potential candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English – verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, etc.) – training will be provided.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Internship or coursework in HR, Recruitment, or IT.
• Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
