As a US IT Recruiter - Intern at our Adoni, Kurnool location, you will be part of a dynamic team in an internship role that spans 6 months. This internship is a paid opportunity with a night shift timing. As a US IT Recruiter - Intern, you will have the benefit of free accommodation and insurance coverage. Your role will require excellent communication skills in English as you will be responsible for sourcing the right candidates based on clients" requirements. You will be supporting both W2 and C2C requirements, having worked with Direct Clients or Implementation partners previously. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status updates regularly, as well as building and managing the candidate database in Application Tracking Systems.
