Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: As a US IT recruiter, you must have over two years of verified experience.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of IT jargon, job titles (such as cloud engineer, data analyst, and Java developer), and emerging technologies.
ATS Proficiency: Practical knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Sourcing Expertise: Excellent familiarity with sourcing websites such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, and Dice.
Communication: Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities.
Negotiation: Capable of managing applicant offers, negotiating rates, and having pay discussions.
Time management: The capacity to manage several requests, prioritize work, and adhere to deadlines.
Visa Knowledge: Understanding of US work authorizations and related processes.
