US IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am/ 07:00 pm to 04:00 am

Location: Noida, Sector 142

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Recruitment:

• Identify and source qualified IT candidates for various positions in the US staffing process.
• Leverage multiple channels, such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.

Full Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requirement gathering to candidate submission and interview coordination.
• Ensure all documentation, such as resumes, interview feedback, and offer letters, are processed efficiently.

Experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the US staffing process.
• Proven experience working with state and federal clients and direct clients within the US staffing industry.
