We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape in the United States, with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.

Location: Noida, UP & Bangalore, India
Work Mode: Remote
Role: US IT Recruiter

Shift Timing:- Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

What You'll Do:

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions
• Conduct initial candidate assessments via calls/emails
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Learn and adapt to US recruitment processes and tools
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation

What We're Looking For:
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to work in night shift
Ability to work independently in a remote settingKnowledge of current technology trends and roles in the market
