Job Summary The HR and Administration Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administrative operations. Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP) is an advantage. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 2 years in similar role . In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and modern HR systems. Proven experience managing teams and cross-departmental functions. Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT industry.
