For this role, candidates need to work in Night Shift ( 6pm-3am or 7pm-4am) and Work from the Office 5 days Location- Noida- Sector 142 Objectives of this role: · Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings · Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them · Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives · Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance · Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives · Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships Responsibilities: · Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach · Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs · Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs · Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients · Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled · Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them · Ensure that company goals and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress · Manage month-end and year-end close processes · Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support · Mentor team Required skills and qualifications: · 8+ experience as a Business Development and Operations Management Professional in the IT domain across diverse sectors, preferably in US Market · Business Development for Product Engineering Services, Quality Engineering, Product Development, Design & Management, Cloud Engineering & DevOps, Mobility Engineering, Product Life Cycle Management, Cyber Security Testing · Experienced in Account Management, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Demand Generation, Customer Service. · Thorough professional with deep knowledge about B2B & B2C Client Engagement and Business Communication. · Has generated business from global clients with revenues upward $500 million. · Skilled in Team Management, Training and Development, Content design (Internal training) · Business Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills · Well versed in Quality Management, Customer Experience Management & Client Engagement Note - All the above mentioned roles and responsibilities are just a brief, not limited.
