About the Role

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    for US clients – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Work on

    contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements

    across diverse IT skills and domains.
  • Source candidates through

    job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed), LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal database.

  • Conduct preliminary screening to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate salary/hourly rates with candidates while ensuring compliance with client budgets.
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up to ensure smooth selection and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, closures).
  • Work closely with the

    US Account Managers/Clients

    to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
