Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter, located in Anand. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals. Daily tasks involve identifying candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role demands effective communication with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment flow.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in identifying and hiring IT professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
