Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Process Trainer specialized in IT/Healthcare Recruitment. The Process Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, implementing process improvements, and mentoring new recruiters. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, developing training materials, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Expertise in IT and Healthcare recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of process improvements and quality standards
• Excellent mentoring and performance monitoring skills
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the IT or Healthcare industry is a plus
