Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Proposal Manager. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, ensuring proposals are compliant with client requirements, and maintaining timelines. The Proposal Manager will also oversee the creation of proposal content, review drafts for accuracy and compliance, and submit finalized proposals within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in proposal writing and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT industry or with IT service proposals is a plus
