Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and mapping technology effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing requirements and placing initial bids - Maximizing win rate through engaging sales, commercial, and subject matter experts in the bid process - Creating high-quality content throughout the opportunity cycle - Understanding RFP/RFI requirements and developing winning proposals based on inputs from various teams - Identifying inter-dependencies and creating bid project plans with defined tasks, deliverables, timelines, and tracking to closure - Showing initiative in identifying key issues, setting priorities, and delivering results with minimal supervision - Multitasking and taking ownership of tasks To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Ability to work with a diverse set of people - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Sales mindset with strong presentation abilities - Target-driven, detail-oriented, and diligent with a high level of ownership - Self-starter, service-oriented, and a team player Experience & Education: - PGDM/MBA from prestigious institutions like IIM's, FMS, XLRI Jamshedpur, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, Symbiosis Pune, or other Premier Institutes.
