Job Description Role • Update ESG related policies & procedures • Conduct gap assessments, perform comprehensive data analysis at project, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement efforts. • Review ESG Data • Prepare ESG training materials • Provides guidance and support to the internal team in implementing ESG frameworks The Role offers • An opportunity to be able to learn ESG framework • Opportunity to interact with multiple groups within the organization Essential Skills • 5-7 years of experience in ESG implementation • Knowledge on ESG framework & models assessment models (Ecovadis, TCFD, Sustanalyltics, etc.,) • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing • Self-driven and motivated individual with a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively contributing within a team environment while taking ownership of individual tasks and responsibilities. Essential Qualification • Formal training and / or certifications in ESG models / frameworks.
