Core Responsibilities
Discovery & Strategy:
Facilitate workshops; define problem statements, personas/JTBD, journeys, and success metricsIA & Flows:
Sitemaps, navigation models, and end-to-end user flows with edge cases and empty statesWireframes → High-Fidelity UI:
Responsive designs in Figma with component-driven thinking and mobile-first breakpointsDesign System:
Tokens, components, guidelines; governance for naming, usage, and versioning; partner with Front-End on implementationPrototyping & Testing:
Clickable prototypes; usability test plans, facilitation, synthesis, and recommendationsAnalytics-Informed Iteration:
Translate GA4/Clarity insights into hypotheses, A/B tests, and UX improvementsAccessibility:
WCAG 2.2 AA patterns (contrast, focus order, semantics, motion sensitivity) built into designsDev Handoff & QA:
Specs/annotations, redlines, asset prep; async walkthroughs; design QA in staging to ensure fidelityDocumentation:

Deliverables
Research artifacts, personas/JTBD, journey maps, IA & flows, low-fi wires, hi-fi comps, interactive prototypes, component library updates, annotated specs, content/microcopy guidelines, and test reports.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years
as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end work (discovery → shipped product/site)- Expert in
Figma
(components/variants, auto-layout, tokens, prototypes) - Strong command of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and content hierarchy
- Experience planning and conducting
usability testing
and synthesizing insights - Ability to collaborate closely with developers and marketers; clear written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
- B2B SaaS or performance-marketing site experience;
design system
stewardship - Comfort with analytics tools (
GA4
, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar
) and A/B testing - Familiarity with
Storybook
, headless CMS, or web constraints (Next.js, WordPress/Webflow) - Working knowledge of
HTML/CSS
; understanding of states/edge cases and feasibility trade-offs - Experience in the
