Department: Web & Platform Reports to: Engineering Lead (partners closely with Marketing & Creative) Level: Mid (open to Senior based on portfolio) Location: Hybrid — Gurgaon, Pune, or Mumbai (India) Work Model: Onsite 2–3 days/week + remote days; some evening ET overlap for cross-geo calls Compensation: Competitive; final offer reflects experience, skills, and leveling Role Summary Own the build and optimization of marketing websites and microsites across Wix, Webflow, and WordPress , plus occasional custom web applications (Next.js/React). You’ll ship clean, maintainable code; wire up analytics and Zoho integrations; and hit Core Web Vitals and accessibility targets. Expect tight collaboration with UI/UX, Graphic Design, and Marketing. Primary Outcomes Fast, stable, accessible sites that meet LCP/INP/CLS targets Reliable Zoho + analytics integrations with accurate event tracking Clear documentation and repeatable deployment workflows Low defect escape rate and smooth handoffs to stakeholders Core Responsibilities Site Delivery: Build and launch sites/landing pages in Wix, Webflow, and WordPress (themes, block editor/ACF, child themes) and, when needed, light custom apps with Next.js on Vercel . Performance & SEO: Optimize CWV (LCP ≤ 2.5s, INP ≤ 200ms, CLS ≤ 0.1), image/CDN strategy, sitemaps/robots, redirects, schema, and on-page SEO. Accessibility: Implement WCAG 2.2 AA patterns—semantic HTML, keyboard nav, focus states, alt text, and color contrast. Integrations: Connect Zoho CRM/Forms/SalesIQ , Zoho Campaigns/Marketing Automation, GA4/GTM , GSC, pixels; configure consent and UTM hygiene. Quality & DevOps: Version control (GitHub), environments, backups, rollbacks, release notes; basic CI checks; troubleshoot DNS/SSL/hosting (Cloudflare, cPanel/VPS/Vercel/Netlify). Security: Follow best practices (input sanitization, least-privilege creds via 1Password, basic OWASP awareness). Collaboration & Docs: Estimate work, surface risks, document decisions, and keep changelogs/readmes up to date. Deliverables Production-ready sites/LPs, componentized WP/Wix/Webflow builds, performance reports, integration configs, and concise handoff docs (env, DNS, deploy steps).
