Role Summary
Wix, Webflow, and WordPress
Primary Outcomes

Core Responsibilities
Site Delivery:
Build and launch sites/landing pages in Wix, Webflow, and WordPress (themes, block editor/ACF, child themes) and, when needed, light custom apps with Next.js
on Vercel
.Performance & SEO:
Optimize CWV (LCP ≤ 2.5s, INP ≤ 200ms, CLS ≤ 0.1), image/CDN strategy, sitemaps/robots, redirects, schema, and on-page SEO.Accessibility:
Implement WCAG 2.2 AA patterns—semantic HTML, keyboard nav, focus states, alt text, and color contrast.Integrations:
Connect Zoho CRM/Forms/SalesIQ
, Zoho Campaigns/Marketing Automation, GA4/GTM
, GSC, pixels; configure consent and UTM hygiene.Quality & DevOps:
Version control (GitHub), environments, backups, rollbacks, release notes; basic CI checks; troubleshoot DNS/SSL/hosting (Cloudflare, cPanel/VPS/Vercel/Netlify).Security:
Follow best practices (input sanitization, least-privilege creds via 1Password, basic OWASP awareness).Collaboration & Docs:
Estimate work, surface risks, document decisions, and keep changelogs/readmes up to date.
Deliverables
Production-ready sites/LPs, componentized WP/Wix/Webflow builds, performance reports, integration configs, and concise handoff docs (env, DNS, deploy steps).
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years
building production websites in Wix/Webflow/WordPress
- Strong
HTML/CSS/JS
and responsive layout (Flex/Grid); familiarity with Tailwind
helpful - Experience wiring
GA4/GTM
, pixels, and basic SEO/technical hygiene - Comfort with hosting/DNS/SSL and CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare)
Preferred Qualifications
- WordPress customization (CPTs, hooks, REST, WP-CLI); headless patterns
Next.js/React/TypeScript
for custom features and microsites- Experience integrating

apps and webhooks; basic Deluge or API scripting - PageSpeed optimization, image automation, and server-side rendering/ISR knowledge
