Work Mode: Work From Home (Currently) → Work From Office (After Renovation)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand per month)
Final salary will depend on interview performance and skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and responsible Web Developer to join our growing team. The candidate should have solid technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage and guide a team when required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project delivery
• Handle and manage a small team effectively
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients in English

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Web Developer
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks)
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle and lead a team
• Candidate must be from Delhi NCR
• Must have own laptop
• Comfortable with work from home initially and work from office later

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with backend technologies and databases
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Problem-solving mindset and time management skills
