What You’ll Do Lead or contribute to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms across web and mobile Collaborate with the CEO, Tech, and Product teams to convert complex workflows into intuitive UI Conduct competitor analysis and user journey mapping for business apps Design clean, modular, and responsive UI using Figma (components, variants, design systems) Maintain consistency across modules while optimizing for performance and usability Independently design user-friendly products from scratch with little guidance. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of success in performance marketing, particularly in a technology or software company. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager). Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media. Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are highly desirable.
