What You’ll Do

• Lead or contribute to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms across web and mobile
• Collaborate with the CEO, Tech, and Product teams to convert complex workflows into intuitive UI
• Conduct competitor analysis and user journey mapping for business apps
• Design clean, modular, and responsive UI using Figma (components, variants, design systems)
• Maintain consistency across modules while optimizing for performance and usability
• Independently design user-friendly products from scratch with little guidance.
• Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from ideation to prototype handoff.
• Occasionally create branding or marketing design elements for product launch support

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Experience designing ERP, CRM, or admin dashboards (MUST)
• Proficiency in Figma, especially with components and libraries
• Understanding of user personas and product workflows in B2B SaaS
• Ability to think like a product designer — balancing aesthetics, usability, and business goals.
• Self-motivated, able to take initiative and design without constant direction.
• Bonus: Animation skills, Webflow knowledge, or frontend design handoff experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
