Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. In this role, you’ll transform ideas and requirements into elegant designs that drive engagement and usability across web and mobile products.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to bring concepts to life through thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points.
• Translate research findings into well-defined user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design visually engaging and intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely implementation of designs.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate usability testing sessions; incorporate feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Create, maintain, and enhance scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements & Professional Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.

Design Expertise

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles.

Accessibility & Usability

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Tools & Prototyping Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Miro, and Zeplin.
• Ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

Professional Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
