UI/UX Designer

Job Brief:

We're hiring a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience. Join our team to create intuitive digital experiences using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You'll shape the look and feel of our products and ensure a seamless user experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Figma (and its features)
• Wireframing and Prototyping
• Responsive Design
• Typography and Color theory
• HTML and CSS (Basic concepts)
• Photoshop and Illustrator (Graphics design)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, research and design
• Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to visualize and validate ideas.
• Utilize Figma's components for efficient design workflows.
• Apply Typography and Color theory for appealing and legible designs.
• Ensure responsive designs for different devices.
• Collaborate with teams to gather feedback on design drafts.
• Identify UX issues and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Adhere to style standards for design consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar roles
• 1 to 3 years of UI design experience
• Portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to make designs with responsiveness
• Time management skills and ability to work efficiently with speed
• Familiarity with responsive design standards
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience in responsive and mobile app design
• In-depth knowledge of Figma's design components
