UI/UX Designer

About the RoleWe are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our FinTech product team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digitalexperiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with productmanagers, developers, and business stakeholders to create designs that simplifycomplex financial workflows while maintaining a modern and professional look.Key Responsibilities Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsfor web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand businessrequirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validatedesign decisions. Ensure consistency of design elements across all platforms, maintaining brandguidelines and design systems. Simplify complex financial products and services into intuitive user journeys. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX,especially within the FinTech domain. Work in agile/scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and productdevelopment cycles.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (orequivalent practical experience). 3–10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in FinTech,Banking, or SaaS products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work on responsive web and mobileapplications. Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, andaccessibility guidelines. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts (a plus). Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills Prior experience designing financial dashboards, trading platforms, paymentsolutions, or investment products. Familiarity with data visualization techniques for financial/analytical products. Exposure to AI-driven solutions, chatbots, or conversational UI in FinTech.
