UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: Hancod Digital, a fast-scaling tech company specializing in building intelligent tools for businesses, is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team. As a UI/UX Designer at Hancod Digital, you will play a pivotal role in designing ERP, CRM, or POS platforms across web and mobile interfaces. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Tech, and Product teams to create intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from ideation to prototype handoff, and contribute to the branding and marketing design elements for product launches. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or contribute to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into user-friendly UI designs - Conduct competitor analysis and user journey mapping for business applications - Design clean, modular, and responsive UI using Figma, including components, variants, and design systems - Ensure consistency across modules while optimizing for performance and usability - Independently design user-friendly products with minimal guidance - Own the end-to-end design processes and prototype handoff - Occasionally create branding and marketing design elements to support product launches Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design - Proficiency in Figma, particularly with components and libraries - Experience in designing ERP, CRM, or admin dashboards is a must - Understanding of user personas and product workflows in B2B SaaS - Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals in design - Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and design independently - Bonus skills: Animation skills, Webflow knowledge, or frontend design handoff experience (Note: Benefits and Work Location sections have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job description.),
