About the Role NXL Technologies is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create clean, functional, and user friendly interfaces for our industrial software products. You will design both Web and Mobile platforms, ensuring that complex technical data is easy for our users to understand and navigate. We need someone who understands that design isn't just about how things look—it’s about how they work in the real world. What You Will Do Design Interfaces: Create user-friendly layouts for web dashboards and mobile apps. Prototyping: Build wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize workflows before development begins. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure your designs are technically feasible and easy to code. Design Systems: Maintain a consistent library of fonts, colors, and components (buttons, inputs) to speed up development. Simplify Data: Turn complex industrial data into clear charts, graphs, and easy-to read tables. What We Are Looking For Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally working on software for industries, dashboards, or SaaS products. Tool Mastery: Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD . Technical Understanding: You understand basic Front-End concepts (Grid systems, Responsive design). You design with the developer in mind (e.g., using standard spacing and reusable components). Attention to Detail: You double-check your files to ensure layers are organized and assets are ready for export. Portfolio: A clear portfolio showing examples of both Web and Mobile designs.
