**UI/UX Designer Responsibilities*
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints, and translate them into intuitive, user-centered design solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design decisions, ensuring that final designs are data-driven, inclusive, and aligned with real user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard design tools, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, and best UI/UX practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work iteratively on design concepts by incorporating feedback from internal teams and end users, refining designs based on usability findings, performance metrics, and evolving project requirements to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure responsive and adaptive design across devices and screen sizes, focusing on visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and interaction design principles to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces.
- Support developers during implementation by providing detailed design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines, while also reviewing implemented features to ensure design accuracy, usability standards, and quality benchmarks are met.
