As the Talent Acquisition Lead, your pivotal role involves leading and managing the talent acquisition function. Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and talent needs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify staffing requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
- Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Engage with potential candidates, build relationships, and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Selection and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and manage the end-to-end selection process. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by developing compelling job descriptions, career pages, and recruitment marketing materials. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and actively promote the company's values and culture.
- Talent Pipeline and Networking: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates. Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to connect with talent and establish relationships with industry professionals.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent requirements and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition and regularly track and report on recruitment metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize the recruitment process.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies & Trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices in candidate assessment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics and data for decision-making.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
