Talent Acquisition Specialist

A design-led manufacturing unit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for skilled workshop staff. This includes hiring welders, sculptors, metal fabricators, polishers, and other hands-on roles critical to studio production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blue-collar and artisan recruitment, excellent local sourcing skills, and the ability to assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit. 🎯 Role Responsibilities: Coordinate with production leads to understand ongoing and upcoming manpower needs. Source and recruit skilled workers through local job networks, ITIs, referrals, and walk-ins. Organize interviews, trade tests, and hands-on skill assessments. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Develop and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Handle documentation and onboarding processes. Build relationships with local trade schools, community groups, and artisan networks. Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant labor regulations. ✅ Required Qualifications2–5 years of experience in recruiting for skilled labor or blue-collar roles in: Manufacturing Fabrication Artisan studios Construction or Industrial hiring Experience hiring for positions such as: Welders Sculptors Metal artisans Studio assistants or machine operators Proficiency in local language(s); Hindi and fluent English preferred.
