Role Overview

Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity, infra, and cloud specialists etc
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies
  • Proactively source both active and passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and targeted talent pipelines
  • Conduct screening interviews, technical assessments, and evaluate cultural/technical fit
  • Drive all stages of recruitment including candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation.
  • Manage candidate pipelines for current and future needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates
  • Leverage recruitment analytics (time‑to‑fill, submissions‑to‑hire, pipeline health) to optimise sourcing and drive measurable impact

Requirements

  • 3+ years of US-based technical recruitment and staffing services experience, including C2C/Corp to Corp and full-time hiring.
  • Proven track record in hiring mid-to-senior talent across technical disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of tech roles and modern sourcing channels (e.g. Boolean, social recruiting, GitHub, conferences).
  • Expertise with ATS platforms like LinkedIn, Ceipal, Indeed etc..
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative advisory experience, comfortable interacting with leadership and hiring teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and offer-management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset—able to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Tech, or related field.
