Job Summary:

IT / Technology Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals.
• Source candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Dice, Monster, etc.), social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct technical pre-screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Network Engineers, and other IT professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Negotiate salary and offers in alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Jobvite).
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation, and best practices in tech hiring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical or IT recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of IT roles, from entry-level to senior/executive.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, tech stacks, and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
